Mallard is a minimalist habit and mood tracker built to be quick: you note what you did, see your week at a glance, and close the app. Less than ten seconds a day. No streak to keep, no score to beat: a missed day is just a missed day, nothing more. Mallard is inspired by the self-monitoring diaries used in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT): noticing what you do, without judging yourself, is often the first step to change. You choose what to track — and why. Exercise, reading, sleep, alcohol, meditation, water, screen time… A habit can be positive, negative or neutral: the app doesn’t judge, it just records. And because what you do often goes with how you feel, Mallard also tracks your mood, in the same place, with a single tap.
