Malagasy English Dictionary is a free offline dictionary and translator for travellers in Madagascar, students, workers and anyone learning between Malagasy and English. WORKS OFFLINE 4,465 Malagasy to English entries are stored on your phone when you first open the app. Search, browse and translate with no signal, no roaming and no data charges, anywhere in Madagascar. When a word is missing from the offline dictionary and you happen to be online, the app looks it up and saves the result so the next search works offline too. TRANSLATE WITH YOUR CAMERA Point your camera at a sign, a menu or a label and the app reads the text on the spot. Text recognition runs entirely on your device, so the camera translator works without internet and no photo ever leaves your phone. You can also pick an existing picture from your gallery. TALK WITH SOMEONE Conversation mode puts both languages on one screen. Speak in English and show the Malagasy translation to the person in front of you in large, readable type. Type in Malagasy and hear the English read back to you. LEARN, LEVEL BY LEVEL A vocabulary path of 1,117 English words across 113 lessons, grouped into A1, A2, B1 and B2 bands.
