Makro is a fast, private macro tracker for people who actually read nutrition labels. Log food by hand in two taps, or photograph a nutrition label and let Makro fill in the numbers — energy, protein, fat, saturated fat, carbohydrate, sugar and sodium. WORKS ANYWHERE Everything lives on your device. Open it on a plane, in a basement supermarket, anywhere — your log, history and charts are all there with no connection at all. READS LABELS FROM ANY COUNTRY Taiwanese, US Nutrition Facts, Japanese, Korean, EU and UK formats. It handles both per-serving and per-100 g columns, converts kilojoules to kilocalories, and works out sodium from salt where labels declare salt instead. TARGETS THAT FIT YOU Enter weight, height, age and activity level and Makro works out daily calorie and protein targets for your goal — or set every target by hand if you prefer.
