Maintly covers four categories and 18 built-in asset types — plus any custom type you define: • Vehicles — car, motorcycle, bicycle, truck, caravan, tractor • Marine — boat, yacht • Industrial — generator, industrial machine, garden equipment • Other — home appliances, air conditioners, boilers, drones, aircraft Add an asset in four guided steps and Maintly starts tracking it immediately. ■ KNOW WHAT'S DUE, BEFORE IT'S LATE Maintly calculates each service due date from BOTH the calendar and the odometer — whichever comes first wins. Every asset gets a health percentage and a clear status: Good, Service Due Soon, or Service Required. • Local reminders 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before, plus on the day itself • A notification centre that separates critical, upcoming and informational alerts, keeps read state, and clears with a swipe • A monthly calendar showing exactly which days have work scheduled • Push any reminder into your device calendar with one tap ■ SERVICE RECORDS THAT ACTUALLY HELP Log a service as Routine, Major Service or Repair. Pick from a maintenance checklist tailored to the asset type — engine oil, brake pads, timing belt, antifouling paint, refrigerant check, hydraulic oil and dozens more. Then Maintly does the part every other app leaves to you: it reads the standard interval for the work you selected (engine oil = 12 months / 15,000 km) and SUGGESTS the next service date and odometer reading automatically. Attach the invoice, add photos, record the cost. Done. ■ FUEL AND CHARGING Log fill-ups with amount, unit price, total and odometer — the total is calculated for you. Consumption is measured properly, only between two full tanks, with partial fills in between rolled in. Electric assets are first-class: energy is tracked in kWh, and equipment that doesn't run on distance reports consumption per running hour instead. ■ WHERE THE MONEY GOES One expense screen combines service costs and fuel spending. Filter by 3, 6 or 12 months or all time. See a monthly bar chart, a breakdown by type (fuel, routine, major, repair), a ranking by asset, and your recent expenses. Tap any month in the chart to filter the list to it. ■ LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE DATES Vehicle inspection, road tax, insurance renewal, seasonal tire change and warranty expiry all generate upcoming tasks — even with no service record attached. ■ DOCUMENTS AND PHOTOS Keep the registration, invoices, warranty papers and photos of each asset with the asset.
