Before introducing this product in to the market, we did survey in all the major cities of different states over 1000+ societies, apartments and tenements to understand their current maintenance process, accounting management methodology, limitations which they are facing currently and expectations from a service provider to run the society efficiently and transparently. Maintenance Mukhiya is a solution for Apartments, Tenements, Bungalows, Gala Type and all the other types of residential and commercial societies who have maintenance process. Prime objective of this application is provide an option to manage society maintenance, incomes, expenses, notice & complaints in easy, reliable, fastest and digital way by 24×7. Maintenance Mukhiya is a complete package of ERP and Mobile application. 1) Maintenance Management Admin can easily manage society maintenance using this feature. Maintenance management allows admin to pay / receive maintenance payments with Online and Offline payment methods. This feature also gives the reports of Unpaid Members, Paid Members, Earning Statistics and Expense Statistics charts with daily, monthly and yearly format. Admin can use Maintenance Mukhiya ERP and Mobile application based on his convenient to use this feature. 2) Accounting Management Admin can manage society ledger using accounting management feature. This feature allows admin to manage category wise day by day society expenses and incomes apart from maintenance income. System will automatically generate an E-Voucher for every transaction of income and expense with download and print option. Accounting management allows admin to be audit-ready by accounting standards with Daily, Monthly, Yearly and specific date range ledger reports of society. 3) Access Control Management If a society have more than one admin or individual building wise admin process where a sub admin can pay / receive maintenance amount, manage maintenance services and manage accounting of society then using access control feature system admin can create an Executives (Sub Admin) role and grant them access either on entire society or a particular wing / building / house. Admin can revoke the access from executive anytime. 4) SMS Alerts System will send SMS alerts to all the society members for their maintenance payment reminders. These alerts help members to avoid penalties on their payment. System currently sends three main alerts, - Payment Confirmation - Before Reminder - After Reminder 5) Online Payment Members can pay their maintenance payment, penalties and dues online through our integrated highly secure payment gateway. We supports all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Internet Banking feature of almost all the Indian banks and vendors.
