Mai Cash is a secure, closed-loop digital employee benefit and redemption platform operated by Mai Labs Private Limited. The Platform is designed exclusively for internal use by the Company’s authorised employees and approved vendors. There is no public access or open enrolment, and all usage is subject to Company authorisation and applicable Terms and Conditions. The Platform enables the Company to issue and manage Tokens, which are internal, contractual units of account created for limited programme purposes. Tokens are not money, legal tender, deposits, or stored-value balances, and they do not exist outside the Platform. Employees cannot redeem Tokens for cash, transfer them to other employees, or use them outside the Company-approved workflows. Authorised employees are provided with a dedicated wallet within Mai Cash that displays their Token balance and transaction history. Where enabled by the Company, employees may use Tokens to redeem third-party gift cards or vouchers available on the Platform. Gift cards are issued by independent merchants and fulfilled through approved third-party partners, and their use is governed by the respective merchant’s terms and conditions. Mai Cash may also support Token-based payments to registered vendors through official in-Platform workflows, such as QR-based payments where enabled. Vendors receiving Tokens may submit a cash-out request through the Platform, which is reviewed and approved by the Company. Upon approval, the corresponding Tokens are burned on the Platform, and settlement to the vendor is completed by the Company outside the Platform using its own payment processes. The Platform itself does not hold or disburse fiat funds. The Platform operates as a closed-loop system, meaning all Token issuance, allocation, usage, and redemption occur strictly within Company-controlled workflows. Peer-to-peer transfers between employees are not supported, and Tokens cannot be sold, traded, pledged, or exchanged for value outside the Platform. Mai Cash includes administrative controls that allow the Company to manage user access, issue and allocate Tokens, approve vendor settlements, and monitor activity. Access is secured through registered email authentication and one-time passwords, and the Platform may include monitoring and audit mechanisms to support security, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws and Company policies. Mai Cash is provided as an internal employee benefit and vendor enablement platform and is not intended to function as a payment wallet, bank account, or regulated payment instrument. Continued access to and use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the applicable Terms and Conditions, as updated from time to time.
