Maffia is the classic party game of Mafia, played in person, with no game master. Everyone keeps their phone; the app deals the roles and speaks the narration out loud, so nobody has to sit out and run the night. One player hosts a table and the room joins with a six-digit code. Roles are dealt in secret: mafiosos know each other, the detective can check one name a night, the medic can protect one, civilians have to work it out the hard way. At night the same voice speaks from every phone at once, so nothing gives you away. By day the table argues and votes. The town wins when the last mafioso is gone. The mafia wins when the town runs out of people who might have noticed. - 3 players or more, one room, one phone each - No accounts, no sign-up, free - A spoken narrator every phone plays together - Roles stay hidden: a peek button shows yours only while you hold it - The host can choose to reveal the role of anyone the town votes out - Closed the app by accident?
