Store description excerpt
MacroDash is a nutrition and training diary made for logging fast and seeing your numbers as they really are, with no invented figures. Log what you eat in seconds: scan a product's barcode or search for it, then add it. Set your goal (lose, maintain or gain weight) and the app works out your calories and macros for the day from your activity. What you can do • Log meals by barcode, by search or by hand • Keep track of your calories and macros (protein, carbs and fat) each day • Train live: strength with sets, reps and weight, routines, cardio and a rest timer • Follow your weight with charts and your week-by-week progress • Add steps, water and supplements • Keep your streak going and unlock milestones AI assistant (Pro) A chat that answers from your real data, the numbers you logged yourself. Ask about your profile, your goals or your last 7 days. If a number isn't there, it tells you instead of making one up. Wellness (Pro) Your sleep and its phases, resting heart rate and HRV, read from iPhone and Apple Watch. Your data, yours to keep • Import from MyFitnessPal or Cronometer • Export everything as CSV or JSON whenever you want • The basics work offline Free and Pro MacroDash is free with the essentials. Pro adds the AI assistant, wellness, your full history and removes the limits.
