Consult the complete intervention history for each piece of equipment and download the report in PDF. YOUR EQUIPMENT BASE All the equipment you have with us, with serial number, model and technical history. No spreadsheets, no searching through old emails. REQUEST ASSISTANCE IN SECONDS Describe the fault and attach photos and a short video of the problem. Our technical department receives everything immediately — often enough to diagnose before leaving the workshop, saving you a trip.
