The MAC App is by invitation only, to people taking part in the ATTEND project. Welcome to the MAC App, designed to support you to get the most out of the Mindfulness for Adolescents and Carers groups in the ATTEND project. The App allows you to log offline practices and contains links to audio practices. The App will still be available after the 8-week group sessions finish, to help you continue your mindfulness journey independently.
