Lycan Cast displays and records live video from a USB camera connected to your Android phone or tablet. Connect a USB Video Class (UVC) camera or video receiver using a USB-C or OTG cable, and the live feed appears on your screen. The app is developed by Lycan Aerospace for FPV and drone pilots who need a simple, reliable, and private way to view and record their camera feed. FEATURES • Live view: See the video from your connected USB camera in real time. • Recording: Record the live video as an MP4 file with a single tap. • Screenshots: Capture a full-quality still image at any time while viewing or recording. • On-screen information: View the current frame rate, frame timing, and dropped-frame count while streaming. • Automatic setup: The app detects your camera and selects its best available resolution and frame rate. • Recordings browser: Browse, play, share, and delete your recordings from within the app. COMPATIBILITY Lycan Cast works with standard UVC devices, including FPV ground units, HDMI-to-USB capture cards, and USB webcams. No pairing or configuration is required. PRIVACY Lycan Cast does not request the internet permission, so the app cannot send any data off your device. It has no user accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. Your recordings and screenshots are stored only on your device. STORAGE Recordings and screenshots are saved to your gallery by default, or to a folder of your choice, including an SD card.
