Lugta handles product preparation, delivery, and cash collection upon delivery. How does Lugta work? • Browse products, images, prices, and profit details. • Choose suitable products and share them with your customers. • Create an order and enter the customer’s name, phone number, and address. • Track the order from submission until delivery. • After successful delivery, your profit is added to your pending balance. • Profit becomes available for withdrawal five days after delivery if there is no cancellation or dispute. • Withdraw your available balance through Zain Cash or SuperQi, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and displayed transfer fees. Lugta features: • A variety of products with clear images and prices. • Order status tracking and notifications. • A wallet showing pending and available earnings. • Account statements for orders, sales, and profits. • Support for Zain Cash and SuperQi payout accounts. • Clear policies for orders, withdrawals, privacy, and account deletion. Important information: • Payment is made in cash upon delivery. • Delivery is available across Iraq depending on operational coverage. • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. • Customers must inspect products in front of the delivery representative before accepting and paying for them. • Cancelled or rejected orders do not generate profit and normally do not create a financial loss for the user. • The app is intended for users aged 18 or older. • Lugta does not guarantee a fixed income or a specific number of sales.
