A comprehensive tool for recording and managing candidate projects, designed to enhance accuracy, security and speed of work, with full integration into KAFKAS' business processes. Create a new project Ability to enter a title, description, category, subcategory and attach up to 5 photos. The location is defined via geolocation or manually by the user on the map. Smart interactive map The user can move the pin to precisely define the location of the project. The map also displays all previously registered projects to avoid double-entry. Automatic saving and connection to CRM Each project is saved with a unique ID, coordinates, timestamp and creator information, and is automatically sent to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM as a new lead. Assignment to the nearest KAFKAS store The application locates the nearest physical KAFKAS store based on geographical distance from the project and automatically assigns the manager. Project ownership management The ownership of the project is assigned to the user, if it is located in the CRM. Otherwise, a predefined administrator is assigned. The creator's information remains recorded for internal use. Project status monitoring The application provides information on the progress and current status of each project, with a direct connection to the CRM. Secure access Login to the application is carried out exclusively with corporate email and authentication, ensuring secure use by authorized users.
