Export any chart as a PNG. • The Schedule vs. Actual chart shows if you're ahead of your original payoff plan. • Many chart options: equity, value vs. debt, LTV, principal vs. interest, extra principal, and monthly breakdown. • Log payments with just a few clicks that are automatically calculated from your last payment, including extra principal • Want to pay off your mortgage sooner? Use Payoff Outlook; explore how making a lump sum payment today or adding extra each month will affect your payoff date. Or set a target payoff date and see the impact. • Home Screen widget for easy at-a-glance loan status checks • Want to view payments in Excel? Export a CSV. To move to a new phone, use app backup and restore in Settings. • Optional Face ID / passcode lock (off by default). • Try demo mode first to explore what Mortgage Tracker has to offer without entering your own info.
