LoanCalc is a three-tab loan calculator for home loans, car loans, personal loans and any other instalment-based borrowing. The EMI Calculator tab takes your loan amount, annual interest rate and tenure in years or months and instantly shows your monthly payment, the total interest you will pay over the life of the loan, the total amount you will repay and a visual bar showing how much of each payment goes to principal versus interest. The Compare Loans tab shows how your EMI and total interest change across five different interest rates and six different tenure lengths so you can quickly see the effect of negotiating a lower rate or extending your term. The Amortisation Schedule tab shows a month-by-month breakdown of every payment, showing exactly how much goes to reducing your principal and how much goes to interest each month, along with the remaining balance. Every result has a one-tap copy button.
