Store description excerpt

Loadex is a strength training tracker built around progressive overload and readiness, both driven by your own training data: plan next session's weight and reps from what you already logged, and see when today's intensity is worth easing off. IMPORT YOUR HISTORY Export a CSV from Strong or Hevy and Loadex reads the sessions, sets and exercises, matches them against its own library, and skips anything already imported. LOGGING Set, rep and weight entry built for speed. Rest timers keep running through a locked screen. Supersets and circuits, warm-up and plate calculators, cardio sets tracked by time or distance, and a full workout history with per-exercise records. Start from a template program, or build your own. Logged sessions stay editable, and a correction updates your Insights and next targets. EXERCISES Over 1,000 exercises with muscle maps and instructions. Search takes the words in any order and the shorthand you say out loud. Create your own with custom equipment, muscles and tracking, and edit anything in the library. AUTO-PROGRESSION Pick a progressive overload scheme per exercise (Linear, Double Progression, Percentage-Wave, Top Set and Back-off, or Manual). Loadex writes next session's weight and rep targets onto your workout when you finish. The Progression Report shows what advanced, what held, and where a lift has plateaued, with a one-tap deload. INSIGHTS A weekly muscle heatmap, sets by body part, weekly volume against published MEV/MAV/MRV hypertrophy ranges, strength trajectory per lift (estimated 1RM), muscle balance ratios, effective volume by logged RIR, consistency, bodyweight and energy trends, and training load flags. READINESS Connect Apple Health and Loadex reads your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and respiratory rate, scores each against your own baseline, and flags when to ease today's intensity. A one-tap daily check-in works with no wearable at all. Target adjustments are opt-in, scaled by movement pattern, and reversible from the session screen. CALORIES An EPOC-based estimate that accounts for the afterburn of resistance training, written back to Apple Health if you want it there. CONDITIONING AND STRETCHING A cardio circuit routed around the muscle groups your lifting is about to fatigue, plus stretches for the ones you just trained. Generated before you start lifting and locked for the session. Start a block on its own for a rest day, picking the region, equipment, duration and style. WORKOUT CARD Every finished session gets a summary with your records, next targets and the muscles you trained. Arrange it into a card with your top lift, stats and a barbell graphic, then export it or send it to Instagram Stories. COACH A weekly or monthly review of your logged training in plain language: new records, what is trending, and what to try next. It only names lifts you have performed. PRIVACY Everything is stored on your device. Health data is read through Apple Health and never sent anywhere.
