LM Vet Physio is the companion app for clients of LM Vet Physiotherapy. This app is for existing clients of the practice. Your login details are issued by LM Vet Physio — accounts cannot be created from within the app. WHAT YOU CAN DO Your animal's profile Keep your animal's details, history and care record together in one place. Exercise plans and resources Access the exercises, guidance and resources your physiotherapist has shared with you, so you can carry on the work between appointments. Progress diary Record how your animal is getting on day to day — how they moved, how they coped, what changed. Your physiotherapist can see what you log. Photos and video Capture short clips and images of your animal's movement and share them with your practitioner directly, without email attachments. Assessments and progress Follow the posture assessments and rating scales recorded by your physiotherapist and see how things change over a course of treatment. Health forms Complete and return the forms your practice needs, without printing anything. Messaging Message your practice directly. Conversations stay between you and LM Vet Physio. Consultations and notifications See your consultation records and receive updates from the practice. PRIVACY AND SECURITY Your information is visible only to you and to LM Vet Physio. On supported devices the app can be locked with your fingerprint or face unlock. ABOUT Lily Moffatt is a veterinary physiotherapist. Treatment and clinical decisions are made by your physiotherapist and your vet. This app is a tool for keeping records, exercises and communication in one place. It does not provide veterinary advice and is not a substitute for it.
