The app gives authorised drivers and towing teams access to job allocations, scheduled work, pending tow requests and live operational information from one convenient mobile application. Tow Job Management View assigned towing jobs and access important job information, including vehicle, pickup, destination, debtor and scheduling details. Driver Scheduling Use the daily scheduler to view jobs by driver, date and time. Clearly organised sections help drivers understand their current, upcoming and completed work. Live Driver and Tow Visibility View driver activity and towing operations through an interactive map-based interface. Driver statuses help operations teams understand whether drivers are active, idle or stopped. Tow Allocation Alerts Receive important notifications when new towing work is allocated. Drivers can quickly review tow details and respond to assigned jobs. Job Status Updates Keep towing operations accurate by updating jobs through statuses such as Pending, Scheduled, In Progress and Completed. Pending Tow Management Access unassigned or pending towing requests and schedule eligible jobs through the app’s streamlined workflow. Search and Organisation Search for towing jobs using registration details, vehicle information and other relevant job data. Secure Access Driver and operational information is protected through authorised account access. Users must log in using credentials provided by their towing organisation.
