BOOK SERVICES WITH FLEXIBILITY Browse available services and choose the business, branch, date and time that suit you. Depending on the service, you can select duration, worker quantity and other booking options. RECURRING BOOKINGS For services that support recurring appointments, create a recurring booking series instead of booking each visit separately. View the series as one grouped booking and access the details of each individual visit whenever needed. PROVIDE THE RIGHT INFORMATION Answer service-specific questions and upload supporting images when requested by the business. This helps the service team understand your requirements before the appointment. TRACK YOUR BOOKING Follow the progress of your booking from confirmation through travelling, arrival, service start and completion. View assigned team information where provided by the business. MANAGE CHANGES Request a reschedule, location change, service-type change or cancellation, subject to the business’s policies and availability. Recurring bookings can also be viewed and managed as a series or by individual visit where supported. RECEIVE TIMELY UPDATES Get booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, payment updates and other important notifications. PAYMENT AND BOOKING HISTORY Use the payment methods supported by the selected business and review your booking and payment history, including individual visits within recurring booking series. STAFF AND MANAGER ACCESS Authorized staff and managers can view assigned work, schedules and customer requirements, record travel and arrival, start and complete services, and report issues. Features depend on the configuration and services offered by each participating business.
