Live Keeper is the companion app for Live Keeper, the villa bookkeeping service. If your team manages villas for owners, this app puts every villa's money in your pocket. Each villa has its own fund pool. Owner deposits go in, expenses come out, and the app always knows two numbers for every villa: what it holds right now, and what it will hold after this period's recurring costs. When a villa cannot cover what is coming, you see it before it happens. RECORD IN SECONDS A guided three step entry your team cannot get wrong. Pick what happened, deposit, expense, or refund. Pick the villa and the amount. Add the details. Done. Every field a bookkeeper needs, and nothing more. SPLIT ONE BILL ACROSS VILLAS A water truck fills three villas, one invoice. Select the villas, enter the total, and Live Keeper divides it into even shares, each on its own villa's books, all linked so a void or an edit stays consistent. RECEIPTS ATTACHED Snap or pick up to six photos per expense. Receipts follow the record, and when the residence's Google account is connected they are filed to Drive automatically, in tidy folders per villa and month. STATEMENTS OWNERS CAN TRUST Generate a monthly statement for any villa as a PDF, with opening balance, every transaction, and closing balance. Each statement carries a verification QR code, so an owner or their accountant can confirm it is genuine. Send it by email in one tap. FOR OWNERS TOO Villa owners sign in with their email and get a read-only view of their own villas. Balances, ledger, statements, and CSV export. No write access, no confusion. EVERYTHING ELSE YOU EXPECT Real time balances and projected funds. Funding alerts that are not noise. Monthly analytics per villa and per person. A full ledger with filters and CSV export. Multiple residences with one tap switching. Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email code. A LIVE KEEPER ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED This app is for teams and owners who already use Live Keeper. There is no signup in the app. Your residence administrator invites you on the web dashboard at live-keeper.xyz, where villas, people, and Google connections are managed.
