Litilex provides mobile access to case files for law firms. The app connects to the Litilex system and gives lawyers, legal counsel, attorneys, and attorneys-at-law quickly access cases and documents from their phones—on the way to court, during client meetings, and in the courtroom. BROWSE CASES • List of all cases you have access to • Key data in one place: case number and name, parties, court, hearing date, amount in dispute • Quick search by case name or number • Filtering by priority • Marking priorities: high, medium, low • Adding your own notes to cases • Hiding cases you don't want to see from the main list DOCUMENTS AND CASE FILES • Full list of documents grouped by category • Search by document name, file name, or category (including those without Polish characters) • Filtering by category, date range, and favorites • Marking documents as favorites to always have them at hand • Downloading individual files or entire files with a single touch CONVENIENT FILE VIEWING • Built-in PDF reader with zooming and scrolling • Image preview (JPG, PNG, BMP) with gesture zoom • Reading emails (.eml) with Attachments • Navigate between documents with a simple swipe of your finger ACCESS TO DATA WITHOUT A CONSTANT CONNECTION • Cases and documents you open while the internet is active are saved in the device's cache • If you lose network coverage, you can still view previously loaded content—e.g., in the courtroom • Updating data and accessing new cases and documents requires an internet connection COLLABORATION WITHIN THE OFFICE • Granting temporary access to a case to other users • Selecting the person and the date and time of access expiration SECURITY AND PRIVACY • Secure storage of login details on the device • Access limited only to cases for which you are authorized FOR WHOM Litilex is a tool for lawyers, law firms, and legal departments who want to have case files and documents always with them. REQUIREMENTS To use the application, you must have an active Litilex account, provided by your law firm or organization.
