Offers below a minimum amount are auto-declined. - Accepted ( or claimed ) transactions authorize payment first (so sellers know they’re real) - Payment authorization via Venmo, Apple Pay, Credit Card, or ListHappy balance - ListHappy holds the transaction to ensure buyer shows up! - Funds are captured when the handoff is confirmed - Sellers get paid out through the app to their Venmo account.
