Lineup is shift scheduling for restaurants, built around the way a floor actually runs. BUILD THE WEEK, NOT A SPREADSHEET Lay out a week of shifts, see the labor cost as you go, and publish when it's ready. Overtime is flagged before you commit to it, not after payroll. Everyone gets the schedule at the same moment. SWAPS THAT DON'T BECOME A GROUP CHAT Staff release shifts to a board their coworkers can see. Pickups that meet your rules approve themselves instantly. Anything that would create overtime, break the ten-hour rest gap, or put the wrong role behind the bar comes to you with the reason attached. A TIME CLOCK YOU CAN TRUST Clock in and out from the phone, with a geofence that confirms the person is actually at the restaurant. Breaks are timed. Declared tips are captured at clock-out, so hours turn into what someone actually made. Punches outside the rules are flagged for a manager rather than silently accepted. TIME OFF WITHOUT THE TEXT THREAD Requests carry the hours they'd cost and the balance they'd leave. Approve one and the schedule updates itself. IT WORKS IN THE WALK-IN Restaurants have dead spots. Lineup keeps working without a signal and syncs when the phone finds one, so a tap in the basement isn't a tap that got lost. You can always see what's still waiting to send. EVERYBODY SEES THE RIGHT THING Your team sees their shifts, who they're on with, and their own pay. They do not see anyone else's rate, phone number or time-off balance. That's enforced in the database, not just hidden in the app. IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH Each person picks their own language, so the kitchen can run in Spanish while the front of house runs in English.
