LineLedger helps journeyman linemen keep the company honest. Track who you work for, log your hours (by voice if your hands are full), and upload your labor agreement, pay stubs, NEAP statements, and foreman time sheets. Then let LineLedger read your actual contract and check whether you were paid right. WHAT IT DOES • Reads your labor agreement (PDF) and answers plain-English questions about it — overtime, per diem, travel, meal penalties, classifications, and more. • Audits a pay period against the contract and flags where you might be getting shorted — pay AND benefits (pension/annuity like NEAP, health & welfare like Lineco). • Upload your quarterly NEAP or Lineco statement and it checks the hours the fund was told against the hours in your book, month by month. • Fund Rules: tell LineLedger how NEAP, NEBF, Lineco and your local's funds are paid under your agreement — per hour worked or a percent of gross — or let it read them off the agreement for you to confirm. • Fix-it Check: when a contractor makes a short check right, see whether the funds got what they were owed, or whether "8 hours straight" came back as "4 hours double time" and left NEAP and Lineco four hours short. Shows the hall's working dues too. • NEAP statements by payroll month: copy the contributions table and LineLedger turns each month's dollars back into hours against the days you logged, and flags money that came in late or a month that never got reported. • Uses the rate in effect for the dates you worked, and the rules in YOUR agreement — not generic assumptions. • Log hours fast: straight time, overtime, double time, per diem, and missed meals. • Voice-to-text for logging in the field.
