Store description excerpt
TRAIN FIRST. RECORD LATER. LiftTags turns a generic Apple Watch strength workout into a useful training history. After you finish, add chest, back, legs, shoulders and other muscle tags in seconds. When you want more detail, log exercises, weight, sets and reps. SEE YOUR PROGRESS CLEARLY • Keep and organize your existing Apple Health workouts • Review muscle balance, training frequency and rest • Track volume, maximum weight and estimated 1RM • Compare weight, physique photos and health trends No need to reach for your phone between sets. Focus on training, then record only what matters afterward. --- TAG IT AFTER THE WORKOUT LiftTags lets you add chest, back, legs, shoulders, cardio, and other tags after an Apple Watch workout is finished. A few quick tags turn a generic strength workout into a useful record of what you actually trained. LiftTags organizes training frequency, muscle distribution, balance, and rest patterns so you can see which areas receive more attention and which may be trained less often. --- KEEP IT SIMPLE OR GO INTO DETAIL LiftTags does not force everyone into the same logging routine. Add only a few tags after training, or record exercises, weight, sets, reps, and duration when you want more detail. Review training volume, maximum weight, and estimated 1RM, and use charts to follow strength changes over time. --- I DO NOT WANT TO TYPE MY WEIGHT I pay close attention to body-weight changes and measure often, but I dislike opening a keyboard and typing the number every time. That is why LiftTags uses a more direct interaction: slide your finger to adjust the value and quickly save today’s weight, without using the keyboard. Follow long-term trends, choose your preferred unit, and save physique photos to compare different stages of training. --- HEALTH TRENDS IN ONE PLACE Steps, heart rate, resting heart rate, walking distance, time in daylight, body temperature, and blood oxygen are all signals I check regularly. Apple devices already record this information, but it can be spread across many screens. LiftTags brings authorized health data together and presents trends in charts. Available data depends on your device, system support, and the Apple Health permissions you grant. --- BUILD YOUR LONG-TERM TRAINING HISTORY Review workouts, plans, notes, weight, physique changes, and selected shares in one long-term history. LiftTags can stay a quick post-workout note or grow into a long-term history. I built it to solve my own problems and hope it also helps people who prefer to train first and record later. --- APPLE HEALTH AND PRIVACY LiftTags accesses Apple Health and HealthKit data only after you grant permission. It uses authorized data to display workout history, heart rate, active energy, weight, and health trends. You choose which data to authorize and can change permissions at any time. LiftTags does not use health data for advertising or cross-app tracking. Physique photos are used only f
