Store description excerpt
The simplest workout log: a gym notebook, on your phone. You write only four things. - Date - Place (your gym) - Exercise - Weight and reps (up to 5 sets) FAST ENTRY - Exercise names and places you've used before appear as suggestions. Tap to fill. - Pick an exercise and last time's weights and reps show faintly in each cell. "Same as last time" fills them all at once. - Type numbers only. No "x", no units. - Need more than 5 sets? Add another row with the same exercise name. SEE YOUR PROGRESS - Each exercise gets a chart of estimated 1RM (calculated from weight × reps) over time - Progress since your first session shown as a percentage. Bodyweight exercises are tracked by max reps. - The exercise list shows every exercise's progress at a glance NOTHING EXTRA - The only settings are language (English/Japanese) and weight unit (lb/kg) - No account, no ads, no network. Everything stays on your device - Free
