COUNTDOWN + STOPWATCH • Countdown mode — configure rounds of work and rest for AMRAPs, EMOMs, Tabatas, HIIT circuits, or any interval scheme you can dream up. • Stopwatch mode — lap and round splits for open-ended sessions. • Fullscreen clock mode — big digits keep the time readable from across the gym.
