Store description excerpt
Lifetelos is the companion app for clients of Lifetelos.com, a personalized supplement service operated under Telomera.lt, a licensed clinic in Lithuania. Every protocol is prepared and approved by a licensed pharmacist — and the app is where you see the data behind yours. ALL YOUR WEARABLES IN ONE PLACE Connect Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit, Polar, Apple Health and more. One view of your sleep, heart rate and activity instead of five separate apps. THE DATA BEHIND YOUR PROTOCOL • Sleep — time asleep, stages and efficiency, compared with your own recent average • Heart rate — resting heart rate and HRV against your own baseline • Activity — steps, calories • Data recency — how current the data behind your protocol is, and which source needs a sync Your pharmacist uses this data when adjusting your protocol. The app shows you your numbers — it never diagnoses, scores or assesses your health. YOUR PROTOCOL, IN YOUR POCKET Your current protocol, whenever you need it: each supplement, its dose and timing, and the pharmacist who approved it. FOR LIFETELOS CLIENTS Sign in with your Lifetelos account. Consultations, assessments and orders all take place at lifetelos.com — nothing is sold in the app. Your data is used only for your protocol. Never for advertising. Supplements in a Lifetelos protocol support general wellbeing and normal function. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. All doses are set by a licensed pharmacist.
