Jamee has been a certified Personal Trainer for over 10 years and has helped many individual find that balance between life, health, work, and FUN! She educates her clients on proper exercise, nutrition, and training when it comes to general health and longevity, weightloss, mobility, body transformation, sport specific, or pregnancy and postpartum goals. Jamee herself understands the conflicts between our health, goals, and the constant pressure of diet culture and how societal fads continue to brainwash our mindset and keep many of us on this never ending helpless wheel of confusion in regards to health. This is where my App comes in! I will guide you and educate you on how to live a healthy, active lifestyle, regardless where you are in the world! Payment will be via e transfer, cash or cheque. Credit cards may be used but an interest will be applied of 2.65%. Our app integrates with Health Connect and wearables to provide personalized coaching and precise fitness tracking. By using health data, we enable regular check-ins and track progress over time, ensuring optimal results for a more effective fitness experience.
