Show it your pizza. It tells you what went wrong. Lievanto is a pizza dough coach. An hour after you planned to eat, it asks how it went. Send one photo of the pizza and Leva, the coach, tells you what happened, why, and the one change to make next time. Save the verdict to that bake with one tap. PLAN BACKWARD FROM DINNER Pick when you want to eat. Lievanto works the schedule back from that time: when to mix, when to fold, when to ball, when the dough comes out of the fridge, when to preheat. Every step gets a clock and a reminder 15 minutes before. ASK WITH DOUGH ON YOUR HANDS Tap the mic and say it. Leva transcribes your question and answers with your bake, your oven and your kitchen in mind. You can also type, or attach up to three photos of the crumb, the crust or your setup. IT LEARNS FROM YOUR BAKES Every bake you log builds a picture of how your dough actually behaves: bulk timing, shaping, hydration. You can see what the app believes, the bakes it counted, and correct it. A diagnosis reads your last five bakes of the same recipe before it answers. COOK MODE One step per screen: what to do, what to look for, and a timer you can read from across the kitchen. Tick off ingredients, note what you saw, add a photo, move on. THE TOOLS A dough calculator with baker's percentages, hydration, yeast by temperature, biga and poolish splits, and formulas you can save. Scale a recipe to your pans. A starter log that learns your jar's rhythm and tells you when it will peak. A logbook with charts across your bakes. Sourdough bread, focaccia and pan pizza are fully supported, with recipes and starters alongside the pizza work. PRIVACY Your photos stay on your phone unless you send one to Leva or turn on Pro photo backup. Nothing goes to an AI provider until you tap send, and the app tells you what will be sent first. No ads, no tracking, no analytics SDK. Lievanto Pro adds cloud photo backup, production runs for bigger bakes, a price book, and saved calculator formulas.
