Lexium is a legal practice management application designed for lawyers who want to organize their entire office in one place — on their mobile phone, always at hand. CLIENTS Organize individual and corporate clients, with contacts, areas of activity (CAE), and a unique internal reference for each client. CASES AND CONSULTATIONS Manage judicial and extrajudicial processes, with opposing parties, stages, follow-up meetings, and attached documents. Register consultations with in-person or remote options. INTEGRATED CALENDAR All consultations, stages, and meetings automatically appear in the app's Calendar and synchronize with the mobile phone's calendar, with reminders before each appointment. DOCUMENTS Upload files and photos directly from your mobile phone, or take photos on the spot. Send documents by email directly from the app, with the recipient already filled in. FINANCES Record office income and expenses, associated with clients and cases, with monthly and annual balance sheets. SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE Access protected by PIN or biometrics, and full compliance with GDPR — including Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Data Processing Agreement accessible within the app. Lexium was designed by and for lawyers, with the goal of simplifying daily office management without technical complications.
