lettresKAFE Barista is a business application used by cafes partnered with lettresKAFE. You can instantly see orders coming from the customer app and deliver the coffee by scanning the QR code. HOW IT WORKS? 1. Log in with your cafe's account. 2. See incoming orders in the live queue; mark them as "Ready" when ready. 3. Scan the QR code in the customer's app — delivery is complete. WHAT'S INCLUDED? • Live order queue — audible and visual alerts when a new order arrives. • QR/barcode scanning — scan with camera or enter the code manually, full-screen delivery confirmation. • Menu management — edit products, sizes, and prices from the app. • Cafe profile — opening hours, location, and contact information. • Reports — daily/weekly order, delivery, and earnings summaries; report submission. • Opening hours — weekly schedule, open/closed days. NOTE: This application is only for cafes that have a contract with lettresKAFE. You cannot log in with an unregistered number.
