Store description excerpt

THE DAY MOVES. THE SCHEDULE SHOULD MOVE WITH IT. A shoot, a conference, a wedding — every day that only happens once is run off a schedule that stops matching reality somewhere before lunch. The talent is late, the rain arrives early, and the document everyone printed this morning is now wrong. LET'S GET is built for that hour. Change one cue and everyone it touches is told — by name, in a message they will actually read, not in a group chat with forty people in it. BUILD IT FROM WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE Drop in the mess: the venue's PDF, a screenshot of somebody's notes, a half-finished spreadsheet. It comes back as a run of show you can edit — times, owners, locations — in about a minute. EVERYONE HOLDS THE SAME DAY Every crew member, supplier and vendor gets their own private link. No account to create, nothing for them to download — the link is live, synced with the app, showing the same day you are running. They see the cues that are theirs, they can confirm they have read it, and anyone who wants the day on their lock screen and their wrist opens the same day in the app. LOCK IT, THEN SEND WHAT CHANGED Before the lock you are drafting, and nobody is owed a word. After it, every edit is one line of a revision — so nine changes become one message on Tuesday morning instead of nine texts nobody opens. RUN IT LIVE On the day, one cue is lit. Tick it off and the next one comes up, on your phone and on your wrist — or let the clock run it: auto-roll moves the day on time, and HOLD pauses it when reality needs a minute. Your camera operator — or your photographer — is looking at what you are looking at. SURPRISES STAY SURPRISES The speech nobody is supposed to know about. The guest the client has not been told is coming. Mark a cue a surprise and it does not exist for the person it is kept from — not in their schedule, not through their link, not at all. FREE TO BUILD Build the whole day by hand, across as many events as you like, free. Sending to people automatically and letting AI read a schedule is the paid part — and you pay once per event, not every month. Made for the people who run days that happen once: production managers, event producers, wedding coordinators. Privacy: letsget.io/privacy Terms: letsget.io/terms
