LensRove records travel tracks and geotags photos for travel and outdoor photographers. It connects your route with photos taken along the way and shows their shooting locations on a map—helping you rediscover where you pressed the shutter. Many cameras do not record location data. After a trip, you may remember the scene but not the exact mountain pass, street, or coastline where each image was taken. Prepare a trip track and select your photos. LensRove helps recover their shooting locations without manual tagging. 【Getting Started】 ⊙ Recover Camera Photo Locations • Prepare a Track - Record with LensRove, or select a matching Apple Health activity or track file. • Select Photos - Choose files from Photos or external storage. LensRove reads them for matching and does not modify the originals. • Match Locations - Select the track and correct camera time or time zone if needed. • Export Copies - LensRove copies the originals and writes coordinates to new copies for saving to Photos or external storage. Older photos work the same way. Historical tracks can be reused; incomplete tracks can be supplemented manually. ⊙ Review Your Footprint and Photography Archive • Select Albums - Choose which system albums LensRove may use. Your full library is not read by default. • Footprint Map - View all LensRove tracks and geotagged photos from selected albums. • Photography Habits - Analyze readable EXIF data, including older photos, to review cameras, lenses, focal lengths, aperture, shutter speed, and ISO. Location matching is not required. 【Features】 ⊙ Camera Photo Geotagging • Photo Sources - Select from Photos or external storage. • Camera Time Correction - Correct time and time-zone differences. • Location Matching - Combine capture information with trip tracks. • Location Export - Write coordinates to new copies while preserving originals. • Older Photos - Use historical tracks, manual locations, or batch assignment. ⊙ Track Recording and Import • Record routes for hiking, climbing, cycling, driving, and city walks, with time, distance, and elevation. • Check recording status on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. • Use LensRove tracks, routed Apple Health activities, and GPX, KML, TCX, FIT, or CSV files. ⊙ Footprint Map and Photography Insights • View all tracks and geotagged photos from selected albums. • Analyze historical photos to understand equipment, settings, and long-term habits. • Review distance, elevation gain, activity count, and visited places. • Create a shareable trip poster with a photo, route, place, and time. 【Data Security and Privacy】 Photo analysis and matching happen on your device. LensRove does not upload photos or tracks to servers operated by LensRove. • Originals - Coordinates are written to new copies; originals are not deleted or directly modified. • iCloud Track Sync - When enabled, tracks sync between devices signed in to your personal iCloud account.
