Lekha is a simple, document-backed bill ledger for Indian MSME manufacturers: the workshops that buy raw materials, make finished parts, and sell to large, slow-paying buyers. It answers two questions, in plain language: - Money In (paisa aana): what your buyers owe you, with the MSME 45-day age clock on every bill. - Money Out (paisa dena): what you owe your suppliers and your team. Built around the purchase order as the single source of truth. The agreed rate and quantity flow into every challan and tax invoice, fulfilment is tracked per line, and delivery challans consolidate into one month-end invoice. Lekha also tracks stock-on-hand per part, records other income and expenses, and turns employee attendance into an auto-calculated monthly salary payable. GST-aware (HSN, place of supply, e-invoice and e-way bill through an authorised provider), but it never pretends to be your accountant. It records what your documents say and shows you where the money stands. No payments are executed and nothing is filed on your behalf. Calm, specific, and made for an owner who would rather run the workshop than learn accounting software.
