A vocal and mental health offering for teachers • “What helps me stay healthy in my job?” • “How can I teach in a voice-friendly way?” • “How can I deal with stress in everyday school life?” These and many other questions are addressed in the LEHGU app and prepared in an everyday-oriented and needs-based manner through a wide range of offerings (exercise videos, explanatory films, interviews, interactive elements). Numerous studies show an increased risk of developing voice problems and mental stress in the teaching profession. The blended learning offer LEHGU, which was developed in cooperation between the ZSL and the Freiburg Institute for Musicians' Medicine (FIM - University and University Hospital of Freiburg), focuses on both vocal and mental health and also takes their interaction into account in the educational context Everyday.
