LegaFlex is the Soluciones & Partes group's internal application for quickly, efficiently, and professionally managing travel expenses and per diems. With LegaFlex, each employee registers their expenses from their mobile phone, attaches supporting documentation for each invoice, and, upon completion, receives a PDF document in the company's official format, ready for submission. Main Features • Step-by-Step Invoice Upload: Add your expenses gradually, as they occur, without having to upload them all at once. • Offline Works: Register invoices even without a signal. The information is saved on the device and automatically syncs when the connection is restored. • Automatic Invoice Reading: Take a photo, and the app automatically fills in the date, amount, tax ID number, company name, and description. You can always review and correct the data before saving. • Corporate-Formatted PDF: Upon completion of the expense reporting process, a professional document is generated with your office letterhead, detailing the expenses, totals, and images of the supporting documentation. • Your data on any device: Your expense reports are securely synced, so you can view them from any phone where you log in. • Automatic employee data: Your name, ID, position, and location are automatically populated from your profile. How it works 1. Log in with your ID number. 2. Create an expense report and indicate the reason for and dates of the trip. 3. Add your invoices by taking a photo of each receipt. 4. Review the totals and finalize. 5. Download the PDF in the official format. Access LegaFlex is an internal tool.
