ระบบการรับจองคิวการบังคับคดีล่วงหน้าจัดทำขึ้นเพื่อให้บริการประชาชน สามารถค้นหาสำนวนที่ต้องการติดต่อและสามารถเลือกบริการที่ต้องการติดต่อและ กำหนดวันที่ที่ต้องการเข้าขอใช้บริการได้ เพื่อให้สำนักงานบังคับคดีต่างๆ ตรวจสอบว่าสามารถให้บริการในวันดังกล่าวได้หรือไม่ ระบบจะทำการตอบกลับไปยังประชาชนได้ ทั้งทาง SMS Email และช่องทางอื่นๆที่ได้กำหนดไว้ แต่หากเจ้าหน้าที่ไม่สามารถให้บริการได้ในวันนั้น ระบบจะแจ้งไปยังประชาชนว่าวันดังกล่าวไม่สามารถให้บริการได้ และแจ้งเลื่อนกำหนดวันที่สามารถให้บริการได้
