Once frozen, a record cannot be silently edited. Corrections create a new version, preserving the earlier report history. A one-time Property Pack unlocks the full move-in report, related move-out report, comparison report, and evidence-package access for one exact property and rental cycle. A new tenant or rental cycle may require a new Property Pack. Purchases and eligible access can be restored through Apple’s transaction records and the matching rental-cycle entitlement. IMPORTANT LeaseLume records and organizes user-entered facts. It does not determine fault, liability, damage value, repair cost, deposit outcome, legal validity, or whether information entered by a user is accurate. Review every frozen record and report before sharing it. Keep appropriate backups of important exported reports and evidence packages.
