Store description excerpt
LeaseKind gives a landlord or tenant one clear place for the history of a tenancy—from move-in to move-out. Instead of losing important facts across texts, email, paper documents, and memory, LeaseKind organizes each property matter as its own record while preserving who added or confirmed it. • See the lease in plain language with source-clause references • Understand who handles repairs, utilities, and property care • Report maintenance with a focused issue timeline • Coordinate appointments and property access • Document move-in condition together • Keep practical home details in a property passport • Record completed preventive maintenance • Preserve a chronological, append-only rental history • Export a neutral rental record package • Keep shared, landlord-private, and tenant-private information clearly separated LeaseKind is designed to support communication and documentation. It does not provide legal advice, decide who is right, determine whether notice is legally sufficient, price damage, or decide who owes money. Home contact and emergency-maintenance details belong to the landlord for each tenancy. Darwich Technologies information appears only as the App Store publisher and product-support provider. Version 1.0 is an on-device organizer with a built-in sample tenancy. It does not create a server account or transmit profile and tenancy data. Users can permanently delete their local profile and all saved data inside the app.
