No matter where you train, what your goals are or what equipment you have access to, our app provides you with your own tailored workouts every single month. Your LEAP Trainer will design your sessions based on your previous experience, activity level, mobility & personal preferences, providing you with a full month of workouts, instruction videos & descriptions. You'll be able to track your progress, feedback to your trainer on how you found the session via our messaging function & have a crystal clear plan on what to do, whenever & wherever you want to work out. Sessions can be programmed inside a gym, outdoors or at home, using just your bodyweight, or equipment.
