Finally, access to the simplified land register of French municipalities. *** The information presented on this site is all taken from reliable and legal sources: for cadastral data: municipalities and town halls: DILA (Open License V 2.0), INSEE, Ministry of the Interior; land registry data: Etalab (Open License 2.0); for urban planning data: Ministry of Territorial Cohesion (MCT) and IGN; for property value data: the General Directorate of Public Finances and Etalab; for risk and pollution data: Basias, Basol, SIS databases and the classified installations database; and for public transport data: Navitia, with reprocessing by 2803 MEDIA. We would like to point out that this site is not managed or administered by the French government or any other government agency. It is administered by a private company based in France. *** Clean basemaps with satellite photos, precise plans, professional export formats, access to the Local Urban Plan (PLU), real estate transactions, soil risks and pollution, the RPG (Graphic Land Registry), the biophysical soil inventory (CORINE Land Cover 2018). You can search for a parcel using the address search engine integrated into the application or navigate to the land registry page of the desired city and then search by parcel number. Once you create your account on the application, you will have access to the history of ordered reports. Please note that consulting the land registry does not require an account; only the generation of detailed PDF reports on a parcel (surface area calculation, position in the city's land registry, soil pollution report, etc.) is subject to a fee.
