Ensure optimal bearing lubrication and extend service life through three specialized modules:Film Thickness & EHD: Enter bearing dimensions, speed ($RPM$) and working viscosity to calculate the theoretical micron film thickness ($\mu m$) and lambda lubrication ratio.Hertzian Contact Stress: Analyze the mechanical point and line pressure. Enter the geometry and radial load of the bearing elements to calculate the maximum contact stress in gigapascals ($GPa$).Viscosity Index & Temp: Predict viscosity loss at high temperatures. Calculate the true kinematic viscosity at operating temperature based on the oil's viscosity index. The visual interface is characterized by high-contrast technical lines in steel gray and amber color tones, tailored for efficient use during condition analysis and machine maintenance.
