Lacteo Patient is the personal online space your healthcare provider creates for you to track your lactation and perinatal care. ACCESS BY INVITATION ONLY This application does not allow you to create an account freely. Your healthcare provider will send you an invitation by email, you will set your password, and then you will have access to your account. Without this invitation, the application will be of no use to you. WHAT YOU WILL FIND Your appointments View your next appointment, its date, time, and location. Book a new appointment directly from the application. Your documents Access the documents your healthcare provider shares with you: reports, advice, and follow-up documents. You can also send her your own documents, if she has given her permission. Your questionnaires and medical history Complete the questionnaires sent before a consultation at your own pace, and review your medical history once it has been shared with you. Your questions Ask your practitioner a question between appointments and receive their answer in the app. Your invoices View and download your invoices, paid or pending. Online payment is available if your practitioner has enabled it. Your child's progress Track your child's growth and the information shared with your practitioner. Multiple practitioners If you are followed by several professionals using Lacteo, you can switch between them from the app. Each space remains separate. Notifications You are notified when a document is shared, a response arrives, an invoice is available, or an appointment is approaching. Notifications are optional, and their content is intentionally simple: they appear on the lock screen and do not contain any medical information. YOUR DATA Your data is hosted in Europe, encrypted during transfer, and is neither sold nor shared with third parties. No advertising, no tracking. You can delete your account at any time from the application. Your care record will then remain with your practitioner, who is legally obligated to retain it. ABOUT US Lacteo is the software used by lactation consultants, midwives, and perinatal professionals to manage their practice. This application is intended for the people they support.
