Labour of Love turns the endless list of things you have to do into something you actually get something back from. PROJECTS Group your life into Projects: the flat, the car, the garden, your health. Each one holds the Tasks that keep it running. Project can have start and end dates, or just be open. TASKS, ONE-TIME OR RECURRING Some jobs happen once: renew the passport, book the dentist. Others come back forever: laundry on Sundays, filters every quarter. Set a Task up once and choose how often it returns, from daily to yearly. Add a little checklist to the ones you always forget half of. TODOS THAT COME TO YOU Your Tasks quietly generate Todos and place them on a simple timeline, grouped by day. Nothing to hunt for. Anything overdue floats up to today so it can't hide. Click to complete todos, swipe future todos to quickly move them to today or another day. POINTS FOR REAL EFFORT Every Todo you finish is worth Points, scaled to how much effort the work actually takes. The big jobs pay properly. FAVOURS YOU WRITE YOURSELF Favours are the rewards, and they're entirely yours to invent. An hour of guilt-free gaming. A long bath. Takeaway on a Tuesday. Each one is priced by the effort it involves, and you can add several addons to Favours, like choosing how many minutes that foot massage runs for, different options, etc. Order one with a swipe and your Points go with it, adding one or more stars to your starsign. A SKY INSTEAD OF A BALANCE You'll never see your Points as a number. That feels too much like accounting. Instead, every Todo you complete lights up more stars in your night sky. When buying yourself Favours, your stars will be used to add one or more stars to your starsign, based on the size of the Favour. Starsign stars are coloured by the kind of Favour that created them. Stars in your starsign burn bright, and then slowly dim and fade over time, so keep completing todos and doing yourself Favours. YOUR OWN STAR SIGN Place your stars and connect them into a constellation that belongs to nobody else. Fill it completely and the whole thing pulses with light. It's a quiet, honest picture of how well you've been treating yourself lately. No streaks to break. No scores to chase. Just your work, your rewards, and a sky that remembers.
