The La Gacilly-Baden Photo Festival is one of Europe's most important outdoor photography festivals. Every summer, large-format images transform the city center and parks of Baden near Vienna into an open-air gallery – free for everyone. Photographers from around the world focus their attention on the British Isles: their people, their landscapes, their contradictions, and their distinctive culture. From the rugged coasts of Scotland to the streets of London, from royal tradition to subcultural energy – the festival showcases Great Britain as it is rarely seen: in all its diversity, beauty, and uniqueness. MAP & EXHIBITION LOCATIONS All locations at a glance: An interactive map shows you where to find the artworks – from the city center to the parks. Tapping on a location opens a detailed view with the title, description, address, and directions. ROUTES – GUIDED THROUGH THE FESTIVAL Two curated routes guide you through the entire festival grounds: City Route: Through Baden's historic city center, past the spa gardens, the main square, and the city's exhibition venues. Garden Route: Through the expansive Doblhoff Park and the magnificent rose garden – ideal for a relaxing stroll among the artworks. Both routes can be shown or hidden individually on the map at any time. PHOTOGRAPHERS Behind every picture is a story – and a person. In the Photographers section, you'll find detailed profiles of all participating artists: biographies, their photo series, and all exhibition venues at a glance.
