Was it 60 lbs last week, or 65? Five rounds, or six? Guessing isn't progress, it's just repeating a number. Kyklo remembers every set, every round, every score you've logged, shows you what you did last time, and stays out of your way while you try to beat it. Strength work, supersets, AMRAPs, and EMOMs all live in the same session. Build it once: back squats at 80%, the twelve-minute AMRAP after them, the alternating EMOM to finish. Walk into the gym already knowing every weight, every interval, every rest. No whiteboard photo, no spreadsheet, no Notes app between rounds. The clock runs itself. Rest starts the moment you finish a set. The EMOM counts your intervals and tells you what's next. The AMRAP counts down and asks for your score the second it ends. A 3-2-1 plays before anything starts or expires, right over your music without cutting the volume, so your phone can stay in your pocket with the screen off. Logging is one tap. Weights are already filled in, so you tick the set and it's saved. Score an AMRAP in rounds and extra reps, the way you'd write it on the board. Missed a lift? Mark it failed and keep moving. Log a movement however it's actually measured: reps, time, distance, or calories. Runs, rows, sled work, and wall balls all belong in the same session as your barbell. Then it goes into your history: duration, volume, what you planned against what you actually did. Next time, the number to beat is already on the screen.
