KÜZ is a modern, comprehensive settlement management system, which we developed specifically for municipalities, public space maintainers and operators. A prior contract is required to use the application, ensuring customized and secure access. The aim of the KÜZ is to effectively support the registration and maintenance of the assets of public areas, as well as the management of related tasks, while simplifying cooperation with contractors and accounting processes. The system makes the maintenance of settlements more transparent, predictable and cost-effective. Main functions 1. Asset registration and maintenance The KÜZ enables the complete registration of public space assets, including their exact location, condition and technical data. The system supports the scheduling of asset inspections and maintenance, ensuring that public areas are always tidy and safe. Scheduled tasks can be easily tracked, and the system alerts you about upcoming tasks. 2. Contract and task management With the help of KÜZ, the tasks to be performed can be precisely defined based on the contracts concluded with contractors. The system enables pricing and ordering of tasks, as well as checking and verifying their completion. Support for settlement processes ensures that financial transactions are transparent and accurate, minimizing administrative burdens. 3. Professional supervision KÜZ's unique Expert Supervision function enables quality control of works carried out in municipal areas (e.g. water repairs, repair of broken pipes). The system supports the work of specialist inspectors commissioned by the municipality, who check the quality of post-work restoration, as well as aspects during the work processes, such as the adequacy of restraints. The inspectors can record comments, which, when documented in the system, help quality assurance and transparency. 4. Versatile display modes The data can be viewed in three different formats, so each user can find the view most convenient for them: Tabular view: Displays the data of tools and tasks in a structured, easy-to-understand form. Data sheet view: Provides detailed information about individual devices or tasks. Map view: Shows the geographic location of assets, helping to plan and coordinate on-site work.
