Welcome to the Kumar Thirumazhisai Employee Attendance Application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how Kumar Uniforms (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our employee attendance and field visit tracking App. This App is intended only for employees of Kumar Thirumazhisai. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. We collect several types of information to provide and improve our services. This includes precise background and foreground location data to verify attendance, track field visits, ensure accurate check-ins and check-outs, and maintain work-hour records. We also collect personal information such as employee name and ID, contact number and email address, department and role details, and a profile photograph if provided. In addition, we collect work-related data including attendance records, field visit reports, work hours and overtime information, photos uploaded for work documentation, and client-related information for business purposes. Device-related information such as device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and App usage and performance data may also be collected. Your information is used to manage and verify employee attendance, track work hours for payroll and compliance, and ensure employees are present at designated work locations. It is also used to monitor field operations, verify customer site visits, generate internal reports, and support daily business operations such as processing client requirements, improving productivity, generating analytics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws. We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be shared only with authorized management and HR personnel, trusted third-party service providers such as cloud hosting or analytics partners, and legal or government authorities when required by law. In the event of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, your information may also be transferred as part of that process.
