Store description excerpt
Kuma is a small, clumsy, warm bear who keeps your books. Tell Kuma what you spent by voice or text, the way you would tell a friend: "lunch at blue bottle for $4" "32 on gas" "got 40 back from Sarah" Kuma files the amount, merchant, and category in your private ledger, then says something kind back. Why a bear: Most expense trackers begin with a bank password and a dashboard. Kuma begins with one sentence. The bet is simple: bookkeeping is easier to keep doing when it feels warm instead of judgmental. Kuma is clumsy in manner and precise in work. The bear is a bit of a mess. The numbers never are. What is it like: - No bank login. Nothing to connect before you start. - Type an expense, or tap the microphone and speak it. Apple turns your voice into editable text; Kuma never stores the audio. - Kuma confirms the amount and category and replies with one original sticker. - Correct an entry from Chat or Ledger when something needs fixing. - Ask questions such as "how much on coffee this month?" Totals come from your ledger, not a guess. - Track money out and money in in the same book. What you get: - A clean, filterable ledger. - Monthly spending by category. - Ranked spending, a calendar view, and six months of cash flow. - Currency-symbol and dark-mode controls. - Your ledger, charts, and correction tools on every plan. Plans: The Free plan includes 15 new entries each Monday-to-Monday Pacific week. Optional Kuma+ removes that weekly entry limit so Kuma can keep logging all week. Monthly and yearly auto-renewing choices and localized prices are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel through Apple. What Kuma will never do: - Never shame you or tell you that you spent too much. Kuma notices; Kuma never advises. - No budgets, goals, streaks, bank connection, or financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. To understand a message, Kuma sends the text and limited recent conversation context to an AI provider. You can delete your Kuma account and its associated data from inside the app at any time. Kuma is currently offered in the United States with an English interface. Changing the displayed currency symbol does not convert an amount.
